  This just in to GlennStewart.net , Glenn has WON Worcester Magazine's TURTLE BOY AWARD in the category of BEST NEW COUNTRY / FOLK artist.  The best thing about this achievement is that Glenn was NOT even nominated!!!  The fans voted him in under the WRITE-IN  / OTHER category.

 

  "I truly have the best fans, friends and family around PERIOD," Glenn says after finding out,  "I'm in a state of shock at this point because I never thought I had a chance in hell considering I wasn't even nominated" 

 

   "I've been very lucky this past year to get  some amazing press from Janice Harvey at 'Worcester Magazine' and Craig Semon at the 'Worcester Telegram & Gazette'.  It shows that that there are  supporters out there still give a shit about the music scene. Supporters that believe in GLENN STEWART and have been willing to help me and the whole local country scene, when others have turned their backs and were not willing to be flexible....Oh, you do country now....SLAM ( was that a door that just shut)!!!"
